Pentavalent Vaccine
A brochure that gives a succinct introduction on pentavalent vaccine, what it is and who should be getting it. Other aspects include reasons for giving the vaccine, how the vaccine is given and the possible side effects. More of the discussion is on Haemophilus Influenza Type B. (Hib). Associated diseases, the importance of Hib as well as preventive measure against Hib are stated in the brochure. Vaccination of those older than 6 weeks but less than a year old (at 2, 3, and 4 months) is deemed the best method for prevention of Hib associated diseases in those of that age range.
