To inspire confidence in consumers and give satisfaction to health providers: Improve consumers participation and involvement. Institute regular user satisfaction surveys and quality systems audits.

Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness
The ministry undertakes the following: Setting up an integrated health information Define priority services of a basic health care. Development and implementation of Policies and standards Implement Performance Improvement Initiatives.

Human Resource Management (HRM)
