Ambassador Cloud paid the Ministry of Health & Wellness a courtesy visit. The Minister of Health & Wellness Dr. Alfred R. Madigele together with senior management met the ambassador where their primary focus of discussion was to discuss the new HIV Testing Strategies in PEPFAR COP19.

The COP19 strategy stands for Country Operational Plan and its designed to make the given systems in handling the HIV/AIDS more efficient, consistent and catching people who are falling through the gaps concerning testing and treatment. These would include those who fall into the category of Key populations; children, females, same-sex relationships etc.
