The National Health care Service Standards represents a new era in the way we provide health care and are aimed at propelling us to greater heights in meeting the needs and expectations of our clients and the public at large. They set out basic requirements that will promote delivery of services based on shared values, and also establish the basis for continuous improvement of the quality and safety of the patient care.
