• What is the call back number?
• What’s wrong with the patient?
• Number of patients?
• When did this happen?
Please BE CALM, talk clearly and be concise. The whole conversation should not take more than a minute. The dispatcher will call you back formore information.
Please be patient and courteous with the dispatcher
• Road traffic accidents who are emergencies will be transported to the nearest
government or private hospital
• Medical and other trauma emergencies ( not RTAs) will be transported to the
nearest government Hospital
