Contraceptive Implants
This brochure has been prepared to provide information on contraceptive implants. Contraceptive implant was recently introduced in Botswana to add to other existing family planning methods. The brochure provides detailed information about implants; what they are, their use, where they are inserted, types available and their effectiveness. It also informs on eligibility criterion to use implants as well as their effects, advantages & disadvantages. It targets sexually active individuals.
