In an effort to raise more funds for the “MoH Build a House Project”, the Ministry hosted Health Music Competitions (Dikhwaere) on the 28th of November 2014 at IHS Gaborone Auditorium under the theme: “My Community, my role; my contribution to improving lives”.

Four District Health Management Teams (Jwaneng DHMT, Kweneng East DHMT, South East DHMT, Kgatleng DHMT) and Bamalete School of Nursing participated in the competitions. Jwaneng DHMT scooped first position, second position went to South east DHMT whereas Kweneng East came third.
