The Minister of Health & Wellness Hon. Dr. Alfred Madigele and His Excellency of USA Ambassador Craig Cloud signed a Memorandum of Understanding for BAIS V.

BAIS V will enable MOHW and its partners to have current statistics concerning HIV infections. This will empower government and its partners to have an accurate overall picture on whether HIV infections are increasing or decreasing.
